24 HOUR SERVICE
We
can guarantee a 24 hour response for all local calls and Platinum
Service Contracts. Warranty claims and repair authorizations will be
submitted within 48 hours of initial call. Outside of warranty covered
issues service work is billed out at $75.00 per hour plus a $30.00 local
trip charge. All service calls over 30 miles will be calculated at
$.50 per mile for total mileage.
PLATINUM SERVICE CONTRACTS
We
offer 3,6 and 12 month service contracts with Prevantitive Maintenance
and 20% discounts on most parts from manufacturers. These contracts
guaranteed 24 and 48 hours response times. For a Service quote a quick
evaluation will be completed. We also offer a 1-year maintenance /
labor package. All additional fees are billed out at $75.000 per hour
plus $30.00 local in town service calls. All service calls over 30
miles will be calculated at $.50 per mile for total mileage.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES
At
MIdwest Fitness Services we want you to be able to focus on what you do
best - providing a quality fitness facility and making money. When you
have a preventive maintenance program in place you can almost guarantee
a smooth operation, less downtime of equipment, and less purchasing of
replacement equipment which means more money in your pocket! We have
individual detailed procedures for Preventative Maintenance for the
following categories.
